Once you have set up connections to one or more social media channels and you have added one or more users, you can then assign users to channels and specify a user's role for each channel to which they are assigned.

To assign a user to a channel:

1. Click on your email address in the upper right hand corner of the screen

2. From the drop down menu, select Settings

3. Click on the Assignments tab

4. Select a channel from the pick list

5. Check the checkbox to the left of the user's name

6. Select the users's role for the channel from the pick list in the Role column

7. Repeat the process for other channels

8. Click the Close button
